  6. Complete the payment process.
  7. Confirm your order after reviewing all details.

What if I don’t receive a Sales Order Summary?
A Sales Order Summary is sent via email within one hour of placing your order.
If you don’t receive it:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • If it’s not there, your order is still likely confirmed.
  • You can contact our customer support team to confirm manually.

How will I know my order has been placed?
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing:

  • A unique Order ID
  • A summary of the items ordered
  • The total cost and estimated delivery timeframe

Orders placed with online payment are processed after payment verification.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Please note:

  • Orders cannot be modified or combined once processed.
