We’re here to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound! Please review our shipping details below for both local and international deliveries.
1. What is the delivery time?
At Amma Closet, our products are made to order. Here’s what to expect:
- Local Orders (within Pakistan): 3–5 business days
- International Orders: Up to 3 business weeks
Note: Orders are processed during the first week and are usually dispatched the following week. Delivery timelines may vary based on stock availability and payment confirmation. If needed, we may contact you for additional verification.
2. What are the delivery charges?
- Local Orders: Standard delivery fee of PKR 200/-
- International Orders: Charges vary by location and package weight.
- Our customer service team will provide real-time carrier rates via Instagram or WhatsApp.
3. Is shipping included in the order price?
Shipping fees are charged separately and clearly shown at checkout.
The final checkout amount includes the shipping cost.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS with your Tracking ID.
- Use this ID on the courier company’s website to check your delivery status.
- Tracking is available for both local and international shipments.
5. What if I miss the delivery?
Our delivery team will make two attempts to deliver your parcel:
- First Attempt
- Second Attempt
If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
