Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The product is unused and unworn.
  • All original tags and labels are intact.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a coupon code equivalent to the product value, redeemable for a one-time future purchase.
  • This policy is only applicable for orders within Pakistan.

International Orders

Exchange is only offered under the following conditions:

  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • The received product is faulty or damaged.

Note: Sale items will only be exchanged if the wrong product was sent.

Customs Duties

For international orders, any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Limitations

Please note, Amma Closet is not liable for issues caused by washing, such as:

  • Color fading or bleeding
  • Damage to prints or embellishments

Delivery Charges

  • If a defective or incorrect item was delivered, Amma Closet will bear the pick-up and re-delivery charges.
  • For exchanges due to size or preference, customers are responsible for both return and delivery costs.
    (Ensure the product is returned in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.)

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed.
  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking SMS, and the exchange policy will then apply.
  • Amma Closet reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Out-of-stock items
    • Pricing errors
    • Declined or incomplete payments
